Refund policy
We reserve the right to refuse refunds or replacements of any merchandise or plant. We utilize an independent and personal process to make decisions about refunds and replacements. We are always open to talking if you're unhappy about an order. We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for any claims opened greater than 10 days after delivery if something was purchased online. Failure to provide the required information or photos necessary for us to process a claim in a timely manner may result in the claim being denied. All decisions regarding refunds and replacements are final and are made in our sole discretion of the owner.
LIVE PLANTS SHIPPED
Please be aware, all plant purchases are FINAL SALE when shipped. Due to the unknown nature of USPS delays, we do not accept returns or cancelations after an order is placed. If your plant arrives damaged or in poor condition please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at rubyflorainsta@gmail.com. If possible please include any photo or video of the issue at hand so we can best assess and quickly handle any problems that may arise.
LIVE PLANTS IN-STORE
We will gladly accept a live plant return within 3 days of the purchase date. The buyer must have the receipt and the plant when returning. (Ruby Flora guarantees to offer healthy plants that have received routine maintenance but I do understand that I may overlook something before selling. I do not, however, have the ability to guarantee the weather, pests, diseases or home location that it's placed in after purchase)
MERCHANDISE SHIPPED
Returns are always hassle-free and easy within 14 days of the shipment date for a full refund. Customers are responsible for the label as well as the shipping fee on these items. Each return is handled personally and individually.
MERCHANDISE IN-STORE
Any botanical goods purchase can be returned within 14 days of the purchase date for a full refund. The buyer must have the receipt and product when returning.
