What: Join us after hours for a calming blend of yoga, breath work and sound meditation in our first Yogi Flora event! Surrounded by lush greenery, you will be guided through a gentle yoga flow and sound bath designed to shed the heaviness of winter and embrace spring's lighter, more vibrant energies.

Expect slow, mindful movements and soothing soundscapes in a peaceful environment that nurtures both body and soul. Mats, blankets, blocks and pillows provided - but feel free to bring your own. All levels are welcome, and no experience is needed. Come ready to stretch, breathe and find serenity amongst the plants!

Light refreshments and plant raffle to conclude the event.
