These Rat Tail cacti have a very distinctive look! The cactus is a very bright green in color but turns beige as it matures. It has long stems that grow as tall as six feet at maturity and can start trailing over the pot. The stems have tiny reddish yellow ‘hairy’ spines that can be trained into different forms and shapes. Its flowers, which bloom in spring and early summer, are bright pink /red. The flowers only grow and bloom for a few days and then die off.
